Subscription cancellation terms for a training partner program:


Notice Period: Partners must provide a written notice of cancellation at least 60 days prior to the desired termination date.
Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable upon cancellation, except if the program fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the first 30 days of the subscription.
Termination for Cause: The OMNI ACADEMY reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately if the partner breaches any terms of the agreement or engages in activities that harm the program’s reputation.
