Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager Accounts Receivable to oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable function, ensure timely collections, maintain accurate financial records, and implement strategies to improve cash flow and receivables performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete accounts receivable process, including invoicing and collections.
- Lead, train, and supervise the accounts receivable team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while resolving payment-related issues.
- Prepare periodic reports and monitor aging balances.
- Develop strategies to improve cash flow, reduce overdue accounts, and streamline receivables processes.
Requirements
- ICMA/ACCA (Part Qualified) with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Oracle-based ERP Systems and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented, and time management skills.
