Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to lead ERP implementations, analyze business requirements, and develop scalable Odoo solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both functional consulting and technical development.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and map business processes for Odoo implementation.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules.
- Develop custom modules using Python, XML, and JavaScript.
- Build and maintain system integrations.
- Conduct user training and support UAT.
- Optimize system performance and ensure best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Odoo development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Python, XML, JavaScript, and Odoo ORM.
- Experience with REST/XML-RPC/JSON-RPC integrations.
- Understanding of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Accounting workflows.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
