About the Role
We are looking for a Technical & Off-Page SEO Manager Female Candidates to maintain the technical health of our websites and build strong, sustainable organic authority across three brands.
This is a hands-on SEO leadership role. You will identify issues, define requirements, direct our engineering team, and verify implementation. You do not need to write code, but you must understand technical SEO well enough to communicate clearly with developers and ensure recommendations are correctly implemented.
Responsibilities
- Manage the technical SEO backlog across three brands.
- Monitor crawling and indexing health, including coverage and indexation issues.
- Audit and improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and overall site performance.
- Manage canonical tags, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, and structured data/schema.
- Identify technical issues affecting organic visibility and provide clear requirements to engineers.
- Review and verify technical SEO implementations before and after deployment.
- Ensure websites are accessible to relevant search engine and AI crawlers.
- Improve structured data and content accessibility to increase the opportunity for pages to be understood and cited by AI-driven search experiences.
- Maintain SEO hygiene across modern web technologies and platforms.
Security & Technical Hygiene
- Coordinate with engineering teams on website security and SEO-related technical hygiene.
- Monitor SSL, security headers, DNS configuration, private repositories, and other relevant technical controls.
- Escalate and coordinate resolution of technical risks that may affect website performance, security, or search visibility.
Off-Page SEO
- Develop and execute ethical link-building and authority-building strategies.
- Manage outreach, digital PR, partnerships, and relevant link acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct regular backlink audits and identify toxic, spammy, or unnatural links.
- Develop strategies for sustainable domain authority and reputation growth.
- Monitor competitors’ backlink profiles and identify relevant opportunities.
Requirement
- Proven hands-on experience in Technical and Off-Page SEO with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of crawlability, indexability, canonicalization, redirects, sitemaps, robots.txt, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience with Screaming Frog or similar crawling tools, Google Search Console, and PageSpeed Insights.
- Understanding of backlink analysis, outreach, digital PR, and ethical link building.
- Ability to conduct backlink audits and develop a clean authority-growth strategy.
- Working knowledge of modern web technologies such as Next.js and Vercel sufficient to communicate requirements and direct engineers.
- Strong understanding of how technical SEO works within modern JavaScript-based websites.
- Ability to translate SEO requirements into clear technical tasks for developers.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to demonstrate previous SEO results through case studies, websites, reports, or portfolio work.
