SAFe Agile Training-Scaled-Agile Framework(SAFe)
The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a set of organization and workflow patterns intended to guide enterprises in scaling lean and agile practices. SAFe promotes alignment, collaboration, and delivery across large numbers of agile teams. - ART events: PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect and Adapt.
Module 5: Program Increment (PI) Planning
- Detailed walkthrough of PI Planning.
- Creating and managing PI objectives.
- Team breakouts and plan finalization.
Module 6: Continuous Delivery Pipeline
- Overview of DevOps and the Continuous Delivery Pipeline.
- Implementing Continuous Exploration, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, and Release on Demand.
Module 7: Lean Portfolio Management
- Aligning strategy and execution.
- Portfolio vision and roadmap.
- Financial governance in a lean-agile enterprise.
Module 8: Building and Leading Agile Teams
- Forming Agile teams.
- Roles and responsibilities: Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Team Members.
- Agile team practices: Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
Module 9: Measuring and Improving
- Metrics and KPIs in SAFe.
- Continuous improvement cycles.
- Tools for tracking and measuring progress.
