Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)
Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) is the initial step to learn about Disciplined Agile. This module enables you to improve team performance through the use of agile and lean approaches like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe®, and more. In this course, you’ll understand how to customize your way of working to the approach that makes sense for the situation you face in your organization and industry.

Module 4: Foundations of Disciplined Agile
- Understand the Disciplined Agile mindset
- Identify the value proposition of DA
- List and describe the 8 principles of DA and when to use them
- Classify the DA life cycles and phases
- Classify the DA roles within a self-organizing team
- Identify goals using the DA toolkit
Module 5: Initiating your team: Tailoring a fit-for-purpose WoW
- Distinguish how people are organized within DA teams
- Select your team’s way of working
- Deploying your solution: Tailoring a fit-for-purpose WoW
- Ensuring that your team improves, succeeds, and has fun doing so on an ongoing basis
- Influence outside the team.

This course is intended for all project managers or team members new to Agile and requires no agile experience.
