Job Summary
The Zero Gap is a management consulting firm focused on Organizational Development, Org Design, and Performance Architecture. We are hiring a Consulting Analyst to work directly with the Founder on live consulting projects involving organizational structuring, competency frameworks, performance systems, and transformation interventions.
This role is designed to build future consulting capability which involves frequent company sponsored travelling to Project Sites.
Candidates who can intelligently utilize modern AI tools as thinking accelerators, not substitutes for independent thinking, structured judgment, and ownership, will be strongly preferred.
This role is not suitable for individuals seeking routine HR operations or low-responsibility operational work environments.
What You Will Do
- Convert ideas into structured frameworks, documents, and presentations
- Support organizational design, competency mapping, and performance system projects
- Prepare consulting proposals, reports, and PowerPoint deliverables
- Analyze organizational data and structure insights in Excel
- Support real client engagements and transformation assignments
Core Competencies Required
- Intellectual curiosity and confidence to question and improve ideas
- Exceptional written English and document structuring capability
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical mindset and structured thinking ability
- Ability to convert unstructured ideas into clear, professional outputs
- High ownership, discipline, and reliability
Preferred Background
- BBA/MBA (HR, Management, or Project Management), Analytics, or related fields
- 0–3 years’ experience (internships included)
