Job Overview
Gulf Fabrication and Fasteners Factory is seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our growing team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth within the fabrication and fasteners industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market
- Promote and sell company products (fabrication and fasteners)
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close deals
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in fabrication, fasteners, or related industry)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customers professionally and build long-term relationships
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference
- Prior experience in industrial or construction-related sales is a plus
