Job Description
We are hiring an Oracle DBA (Mid-Level) to support database operations and ensure overall system reliability. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring database performance and health, performing backup, recovery, and routine maintenance activities, and supporting database deployments and upgrades. You will also troubleshoot issues and collaborate with application teams to ensure smooth database operations and minimal downtime.
Requirements & Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of Oracle DBA experience with knowledge of RMAN, database monitoring, and basic performance tuning. Familiarity with high availability concepts will be considered a plus. Strong analytical thinking and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
