Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and organized Reservation Supervisor to oversee reservation operations and support the reservations team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and prior experience in reservation management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily reservation operations
- Monitor booking accuracy and customer inquiries
- Support and guide reservation staff
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Maintain reservation records and reports
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal departments
Requirements:
- Previous experience in reservations or hospitality operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Customer service-oriented personality
- Knowledge of reservation systems is preferred
