Job Summary:
We are hiring a friendly and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join our Makkah office. The ideal candidate will assist customers with bookings, inquiries, and reservation support while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

- Process bookings accurately and efficiently

- Maintain updated reservation records
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking confirmations

Requirements:
- Experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
