Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing online stores and marketplace platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and eBay
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Help monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Maintain product listings, inventory updates, and marketplace coordination
- Assist in daily e-commerce operational workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth online store operations
- Support order management and customer communication processes
Requirements
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
- Interest in digital marketing and online business operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
