Vendify is looking for a highly motivated and experienced POS Sales Closer to join our international sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing inbound and outbound leads for POS solutions in the USA and Canada market. This role is perfect for candidates with strong English communication, negotiation skills, and proven BPO/international sales experience.
Job Description
As a POS Sales Closer, you will play a key role in converting potential customers into long-term clients. You will work during night hours to match North American business timings and will be responsible for handling the complete sales closing cycle.
You will:
Communicate with international clients via calls and online channels
Understand customer business needs and present POS solutions
Handle objections confidently and close deals efficiently
Maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to potential clients in the USA & Canada market
- Present POS solutions clearly and professionally to prospects
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Handle objections confidently and convert leads into successful sales
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers
- Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture and close sales opportunities
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion strategies
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proven closing skills in sales environment
- Experience in International Sales or BPO/Call Center sales
- Ability to handle objections and work under pressure
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Basic CRM and computer proficiency
- Ability to work night shift consistently
