This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of Etsy marketplace operations. The candidate will work on creating and optimizing product listings, ensuring high-quality visuals and descriptions, and improving store performance through keyword optimization and competitor research. The job also includes assisting in order processing and maintaining updated inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete Etsy store operations
- Create and upload product listings
- Optimize titles, descriptions, and keywords for better search visibility
- Upload and maintain high-quality product images
- Assist in order processing and inventory updates
- Conduct basic product and competitor research
- Support daily marketplace operations and store performance improvement
Requirements
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 6 months to 1 year experience in a reputable organization
- Experience handling physical products preferred
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or marketplace platforms (Etsy preferred)
- Good skills in listing optimization and product management
