About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO & Content Manager to own the organic search program end-to-end across three brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that SEO is not just about rankings. You will be responsible for developing the organic search strategy, creating high-quality content, improving website performance, and turning organic visibility into qualified traffic, leads, and business results.

You will also focus on E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) and improving the likelihood of our content being referenced or cited in AI-generated search answers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy for three brands.
• Conduct keyword research, search-intent analysis, competitor research, and content-gap analysis.
• Create and optimize SEO-focused website pages, landing pages, blogs, and other organic content.
• Manage on-page, technical, and off-page SEO activities.
• Build and maintain content strategies aligned with the marketing funnel and business objectives.
• Improve website rankings, organic traffic, visibility, and lead generation.
• Develop strategies to strengthen E-E-A-T across websites and content.
• Optimize content for modern search experiences, including AI search and AI-generated answers.
• Monitor Google Search Console, GA4, and other SEO platforms to identify opportunities and issues.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and leads.
• Work with design, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Continuously audit existing content and refresh pages based on search performance and user intent.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with responsibility for content strategy and execution.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, keyword research, and link building.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills with the ability to write SEO-friendly, engaging content.
• Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of search intent, content funnels, topical authority, and E-E-A-T.
• Experience managing SEO for multiple websites or brands will be an advantage.
• Ability to demonstrate measurable SEO results from previous work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of organic growth.
