Job Description
Omni Academy is looking for an experienced and qualified Dental Assistant Course Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of dental assistance and the ability to effectively train students in both theoretical and practical aspects of the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions for the Dental Assistant course.
- Teach students essential dental assistance concepts, procedures, and clinical practices.
- Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on guidance.
- Prepare and deliver course materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Support students in developing job-ready dental assistance skills.
- Maintain a professional and interactive learning environment.
Requirements
- Professional qualification in Dental Assistance, Dental Hygiene, BDS, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in clinical dental practice.
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Practical, student-focused approach to training.
