Hulk Marketing Ltd is hiring an experienced Ads Manager / Paid Media Specialist to plan, manage, and scale high-performance digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in running real, profitable campaigns with measurable results.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns
- Manage Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Run lead generation, eCommerce, and retargeting campaigns
- Optimize funnels, creatives, targeting, and budgets
- Track performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions)
- Set up pixels, conversion tracking, and analytics tools
- Provide weekly performance reports with insights and improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in Ads Management / PPC / Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Experience with lead generation or eCommerce campaigns
- Understanding of pixels, tracking, funnels, and landing pages
- Strong analytical skills for ROI optimization
- Portfolio, case studies, or campaign proof required
