Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise networking solutions
- Configure and support switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure
- Deploy and manage surveillance and VMS solutions
- Assist in data center and server infrastructure projects
- Conduct technical demonstrations and client presentations
- Provide pre-sales consultancy and technical recommendations
- Troubleshoot network and infrastructure-related issues
- Deliver technical trainings and partner enablement sessions
- Coordinate with clients during project execution and deployment
- Prepare technical documentation and solution reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecom, or related field
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies
- Experience with surveillance systems and VMS platforms
- Understanding of servers, storage, and data center infrastructure
- Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities
- Experience in technical consultancy or pre-sales is preferred
- Certifications such as CCNA, HCIA, Mikrotik, or equivalent will be an advantage
