We are looking for a professional and welcoming Front Desk Officer for Shahra-e-Faisal Karachi Branch to be the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will manage the reception area, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls and correspondence. Your primary goal is to ensure every guest feels valued while maintaining an organized office environment. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a minimum qualification of Intermediate (12th Grade) or above. We require at least 2 years of professional experience in Sales or Customer Service, as these roles build the communication and problem-solving skills necessary for this position. You should be proficient in basic computer applications (like MS Office), possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a positive, “can-do” attitude toward helping clients and colleagues alike.
