We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale ERP or CRM implementation projects and ensure successful end-to-end delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining clear and effective client communication throughout the project. Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will guide and mentor project teams, oversee planning and execution, and proactively identify and resolve risks and challenges to ensure smooth project progress.
Requirements & Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have at least 8+ years of professional project management experience with a strong background in ERP or Siebel CRM implementations. You should possess excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and experience in leading cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role.
