Key Responsibilities
• Create, manage, and optimize product listings across online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management activities
• Handle order processing and fulfillment coordination to ensure smooth operations
• Plan and manage pricing strategies, discounts, promotions, and marketing campaigns
• Track sales performance, analyze reports, and identify growth opportunities
• Maintain customer engagement and manage online reviews and reputation
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve digital sales performance and customer experience
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail preferred
• Good understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
