Job Summary

We are hiring energetic and result-driven FMCG sales professionals for multiple positions in Peshawar and Lahore. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing sales operations, increasing market share, and achieving assigned sales targets within their respective territories.

Job Description

This role involves handling field sales operations in the FMCG sector, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, ensuring product availability, and driving business growth in the assigned area. Candidates should be motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a competitive market environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute sales activities in assigned territory
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Develop strong relationships with distributors and retailers
  • Ensure product availability and market coverage
  • Conduct regular field visits and market surveys
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Prepare and share sales reports with management
  • Support overall sales growth strategies Requirements
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales (mandatory for managerial role, preferred for executive role)
  • Strong knowledge of local markets (Peshawar / Lahore)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
  • Ability to work in field-based environment
  • Basic leadership skills (for managerial position)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
