Job Overview
The selected candidates will be responsible for managing e-commerce operations, digital platforms, product listings, customer service, order processing, logistics, courier coordination, and marketplace activities. The role also involves handling Shopify stores, Amazon and Etsy marketplaces, Meta Ads, product catalog management, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in e-commerce, digital operations, customer service, logistics, or marketplace management
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, or similar e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of product listings, order management, courier tracking, and returns
- Familiarity with Meta Ads and product catalog management is a plus
- Strong written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
