We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting visitors, handling communications, and providing administrative support while maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting arrangements.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation.
- Provide administrative support to different departments.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and welcoming.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
