Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, recruitment activities, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Candidates with FMCG industry experience will be given preference.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–4 years of HR experience in the FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Must be available to join within 10–15 days Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in training and development programs
- Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support
