Job Overview
We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Security Officer to join a leading pharmaceutical company located in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, implementing security protocols, and ensuring the protection of company assets, employees, and facilities.
Requirements
- Retired Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) or equivalent from the Armed Forces
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Officer in a reputable large organization
- Age between 35–40 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer proficiency, including MS Office
- Ability to handle security operations, investigations, and emergency situations effectively
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise all security operations within the facility
- Ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and company assets
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures
- Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when required
- Manage security staff and oversee their performance
