Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Manager Accounts Receivable to oversee the complete accounts receivable function, ensure timely collections, maintain accurate financial records, and improve cash flow through effective receivables management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing and collections.
- Lead, train, and supervise the accounts receivable team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while resolving payment-related issues.
- Prepare periodic reports and monitor aging balances.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce overdue accounts.
Requirements
- ICMA/ACCA (Part Qualified) with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Oracle-based ERP systems and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
